Fees and refunds vary depending on how many days prior to the tour the cancellation request is received. For cancellations over 90 days prior to the tour, your deposit is forfeited but all other tour payments are refundable. Within 90-60 days, 70% of the paid tour cost is refundable; 59-30 days, 50% of the paid tour cost is refundable; 29 Days - Departure, 100% of the paid tour cost is forfeited. If your cancellation is due to a health problem and your are not medically fit-to-fly, we can contact the insurance company to cover the tour cancellation fees.
Flights, as specified on itineraries. are included as part of the price. Flights to and from the Arrival/Departure gateways are not included. However, if you would like us to include these flights as well, we will be happt to help with booking the best fares.
Yes, prices are based on double occupancy. Single occupancy may be requested as an add-on.
All the hotels will be listed in your travel voucher. All the hotels will be 4 - 5 star quality hotels.
Tips are not included. Usually, for each day, a $3 tip for the guide and driver is appreciated.

Casual wear is appropriate for most tour excursions and normal swim wear for the beach or lake side. Women should wear trousers or skirts (to the ankle) when visiting mosques or religious sites and should cover head, shoulders and upper arms with a scarf. Neither men nor women should wear shorts.
Turkey operates on 220 Volts, 50 Hz, with round-prong European-style plugs that fit into recessed wall sockets. Four and five star hotels often provide North American-style 120 volts, 60 Hz flush-mounted sockets for North American flat-prong plugs.

The major GSM operators in Turkey are TURKCELL, VODAFONE and AVEA. You can use your mobile phone in Turkey if your provider has enabled international roaming. however, if you intend to stay for a long time in the country or make several calls, it may be preferable to buy a local prepaid SIM card. Take your mobile phone and passport to a Turkish mobile phone shop where your new SIM will be registeren among with your handset`s IMEI number and your information. (Unregistered phones will be blocked and unable to receive or make calls.) Turkey has very wide mobile coverage networks so you should`t have any problems in the main cities and tourist resots.

While planning your trip to Turkey, please verify that your passport is valid for at least 90 days. Depending on your nationality, most probably your stay as a tourist is limited up to 4 months (for one enterance). For tourists visas for many countries, there is no need to apply in advance or to fill out any forms. However, please check the Ministry of Foreign Affairs website at http://www.mfa.gov.tr for updated information and guideline on which passport holders may require a visa before leaving their country. You may also check with the Turkish Embassy in your country for the latest visa updates. The visa for UK passport holders currently costs £10 and must be paid for with a Sterling note. The visa fee for USA and Australian passport holders is $20/€15. Canadian passport holders need to pay $60/€45. The visa fee for New Zealand passport holders is gratis. The visa for some EU state passport holders currently cost €10 and must be paid for with a Euro note. Visas can have multiple entries and are generally valid for three months. Each passport-holder, including infants, must purchase a visa. With tourist visas, you will not have the right to take up paid or unpaid employment or to reside, or to study (including student exchange program) or to establish a business in Turkey.
